จาก สมาคมวิทยุสื่อสารประชาชนชาลี ซีบี 245 พบว่าไม่ตรงกับ
เลขประจำตัวประชาชน ของ นายชญานิษฐ์ พิชิตศัตรู หรือ นายชัชชัย พิชิตศัตรู
และไม่พบประวัติอาชญากรรม ในเลขประจำตัวประชาชนหมายเลขดังกล่าว
รวมทั้งผลการตรวจสอบที่ส่งกลับมาจาก สนง.ประกันสังคม
พบว่า นายธรรศ กรวิวัฒน์ชัยกุล เลขประจำตัวประชาชน 1100400349997
เป็นผู้มีอาชีพสุจริต
ดังนั้นผม อ.วีระพงษ์ พิมพ์สาร
