น่าจะมาจากเครื่อง T22 วัตต์ทำได้ถึง 10 วัตต์ (ปรับเพิ่มเอง) แรงจนล้าไปเรื่อยๆ

ทำให้ไปเร็วกว่า ic2gxat ซึ่งใช้ pa เบอร์เดียวกัน

เคยเห็นอีกเบอร์ 2sc1275 ของ ฮิตาชิ เอามาแทนของแท้ แต่ไม่ค่อยได้รับความนิยมเท่าไหร่

ทำให้เบอร์ 2sc1265 ซึ่งเป็นของแท้ หายากและมีราคา
